8 to 15 business days to the US and Canada, 7 to 16 to Europe, 10 to 15 to Australia and New Zealand, up to 25 elsewhere. Order by October 20 (US, Canada, Europe) or October 14 (everywhere else) for Halloween. Tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
02Where does it ship from?
From our fulfillment partner's warehouse in Asia. Free shipping to the US, Canada and Europe; a small flat rate elsewhere, shown at checkout.
03What if it arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 7 days and we ship a free replacement or refund you in full. No return needed.
04Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging. Email us first, we send the return address. Return shipping is on you unless the item was wrong or damaged.
05Is it safe for kids?
The silicone night lights run cool, are USB rechargeable and switch off on a timer. The spider and cauldron are decorations for the porch or table and not toys.
