Questions before Halloween

Straight answers. No fine print hidden somewhere else.

01Will it arrive before Halloween?

Orders ship from our partner warehouse and take 8 to 15 business days to the US and Canada, 7 to 16 to Europe, 10 to 15 to Australia and New Zealand, and up to 25 elsewhere. Order by October 20 (US, Canada, Europe) or October 14 (everywhere else) and it is on your porch in time. You get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.

02Where does it ship from?

From our fulfillment partner's warehouse in Asia, not from a local store. That is why shipping is free to the US, Canada and Europe but takes one to three weeks. Outside those regions we charge a small flat rate that you see at checkout.

03What if it arrives damaged?

Send us a photo within 7 days and we ship a free replacement or refund you in full. No return needed.

04Can I return it?

Yes, within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging. Email us first, we send the return address. Return shipping is on you unless the item was wrong or damaged.

05Is it safe for kids?

The silicone night lights run cool, are USB rechargeable and switch off on a timer. The spider and cauldron are decorations for the porch or table and not toys.

06Do I pay customs or import tax?

US orders under $800 have no duties. For the EU, UK, Switzerland, Australia and other countries, local import VAT or a small customs fee can apply on delivery. If that happens, keep the receipt and email us and we refund it.
