30-day return policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

 

How to start a return

Email us at k.wereschtschagin@gmail.com with your order number and a short description (photos help). We will reply within 2 business days with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a return request first cannot be accepted. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or wrong.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days with photos. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, no return shipping needed.

 

Orders that never arrive

If your tracking shows no delivery 30 days after the estimated delivery window, we refund you in full or reship at your choice.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you and refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to post it. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, email us.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of purchase. After that the order is already being prepared for shipping and can only be handled as a return.

 

EU / UK customers

If your order ships to the EU or UK you have the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal in addition to the policy above.
