Shipping policy

Where we ship

We currently ship to the United States. Shipping is free on every order.

 

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and ship directly from our partner warehouse. Delivery to the US takes 8-15 business days after dispatch. Order by October 20 to have your lights in time for Halloween.

 

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, usually within 3 business days. Tracking can take 2-4 days to show the first scan.

 

Split shipments

If you order several items they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will not pay extra for this.

 

Customs and taxes

All prices include shipping. For US orders under $800 no import duties apply.

 

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address we will contact you before reshipping. Address changes are possible within 12 hours of ordering by emailing k.wereschtschagin@gmail.com.

 

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated for 15 business days or the package is marked delivered but has not arrived, email us. We will reship or refund in full.
