Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship worldwide. Shipping is free to the United States, Canada and Europe (EU, UK, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland). Australia and New Zealand: $4.90 flat. Everywhere else: $9.90 flat.

 

Delivery time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days and ship directly from our partner warehouse in Asia. Delivery takes 8-15 business days to the US and Canada, 7-16 to Europe, 10-15 to Australia and New Zealand and 15-25 elsewhere. Order by October 20 (US, Canada, Europe) or October 14 (all other countries) to have your lights in time for Halloween.

 

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships, usually within 3 business days. Tracking can take 2-4 days to show the first scan.

 

Split shipments

If you order several items they may arrive in separate packages on different days. You will not pay extra for this.

 

Customs and taxes

US orders under $800 have no import duties. For the EU, UK, Switzerland, Australia and other countries, local import VAT or a small customs handling fee can apply on delivery. If you are charged, keep the receipt and email us: we refund it in full.

 

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address we will contact you before reshipping. Address changes are possible within 12 hours of ordering by emailing k.wereschtschagin@gmail.com.

 

Lost or delayed packages

If tracking has not updated for 15 business days (25 outside the US, Canada and Europe) or the package is marked delivered but has not arrived, email us. We will reship or refund in full.
